Navachaithanya Arogyadhama Health Care Center was founded in the year 1989 to
help the helpless and hapless. They care, teach and serve these individuals
with compassion, kindness and respect for bringing happiness in their lives.
The primary goal of the organization is to offer long term wellbeing for
patients, friends and family. In addition to working with patients regarding
general physical wellbeing, a main concern of theirs is to cater to mental
health needs. With reference to this, there are facilities for mental
retardation, depression, dementia and Alzheimer’s disease.
With reference to
mental retardation they offer individualized care and attention on both a short
term and long term basis. They aim at help these patients become the best they
can be using care and love and support. Patients are supported and helped to
achieve normal functional level. The same is with Alzheimer’s and dementia,
since there is profound cognitive deterioration. The experts at KNC along with
a nurturing environment help the patient lead fulfilling life.
The KNC looks at
community living. Along with nursing and medical facilities, it works as a
loving and caring home for patients who need special care. They go become the
traditional “treatment” centres and provide care and love to those who need it.
